A favorite from my Women’s Club of Costa Rican Creative Cooking classes with Mrs. Cyndy V. And is always a favorite among friends; it also makes a very pretty dish. This is very easy to make. Here is my version of the recipe as I remember, only three ingredients needed:
Ingredients
- 8 – 10 ounces Goat Cheese Log
- 1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/3 cup Pistachos
Instructions
- Deshell pistachos and chop
- Chop cranberries
- Place ingredients on wax paper.
- Roll the cheese until all is covered with the pistachos and cranberries
- If you are not using at moment, wrap in the same wax paper the cheese along with the rest of the ingredients, place in a plastic bage and refrigerate.
