My raw food journey for health and weight loss
I have enjoyed a super busy week at the Hippocrates Health Institute – I have two more weeks to go. My days start at 6 a.m. and end between 9 and 10 p.m. This week has been a very active one starting each morning with exercise, wheatgrass juice, lemon juice for breakfast, green juices between meals, — which are totally raw gluten-free, sugar-free and vegetarian– therapies and classes and lectures all day. I’ve even squeezed some photo shootings of nature and food. Below are some foods I have enjoyed.
