Tropical Smoothie (Photo: Margarita Persico) This is a quick and easy breakfast or snack. Just three ingredients and water or juice of choice. I also like to add my supplements such as calcium to this mix. I don’t like adding anything that will be too strong and change the taste. To this smoothie I added calcium, milk thistle and an enzyme.
